Find out more about Kaylor's School Supply's shipping, ordering, and return policies. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have.

Freight/Shipping Charges

Our goal is to ship the same day orders are received. Currently, Kaylor's offers free freight/shipping on all orders over $50 or more. Orders below $50 are charged a small shipping and handling fee of $10. Add $10 to orders shipped to a residential address. All orders are shipped via UPS® Ground unless otherwise requested. The UPS® Ground transit maps below shows accurate transit times from our Distribution Center to you.

Order Tracking

We have integrated with UPS® to provide you advanced tracking detail on all your orders. Please feel free to track your order using your Order Number from under "Order Tracking" from our home page. If No Tracking Detail was available from UPS®, This is usually an indication that your order has not shipped or that you're Order Number was not valid. Please correct it and try again or call us at (800) 239-9999.

We proudly accept Purchase Orders from approved schools and companies as well as credit card/purchasing cards on our secure online ordering system. Discover, VISA, and MasterCard accepted.

A copy of your invoice will be enclosed with each order. Payment is due in 30 days. Accounts are delinquent after 60 days. No additional merchandise will be shipped to delinquent accounts. A finance charge of 1½% per month will be applied to past-due accounts.

Returning Merchandise

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed for a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied, call (800) 239-9999 for a return authorization. All returns must be shipped back in good condition within five (5) days of authorization. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned after 60 days from the date of purchase.
